Privacy Policy
Last updated 27 October 2026
We keep this simple: we collect only what we need to answer your enquiry and work with you, we never sell it, and we do not track you around the web.
Who we are
Antechinno (“we”, “us”) builds websites, sets up CRM and ERP systems and automates business workflows. We are responsible for the personal information collected through this website. You can reach us about privacy at any time via [email protected].
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you send a message through our contact form we collect:
- your name and email address;
- your phone number, if you choose to add it;
- the service you are interested in;
- your message and anything you include in it; and
- the page of our website the form was sent from.
If you email or call us directly, we keep that correspondence in the same way.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting and content delivery providers process technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, so that the site can be delivered securely. We briefly use your IP address to limit repeated form submissions and protect against spam. We do not store it with your enquiry.
We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools on this website, and we do not build profiles of visitors.
How we use your information
We use the information you share to:
- reply to your enquiry and discuss your project;
- prepare proposals and quotes you have asked for;
- deliver and support any work we agree to do together; and
- keep our website secure and free from abuse.
We will not add you to a mailing list or send you marketing without your clear permission.
Why we are allowed to use it
Where data protection laws require a legal basis, we rely on:
- Taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, when you ask us about a project;
- Performing a contract, once we work together; and
- Our legitimate interests in running a secure website and responding to business enquiries, balanced against your rights.
Who we share it with
We never sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers that help us run this website, and only as needed for them to do so:
- Hosting: the server that runs this website;
- Database: MongoDB Atlas, where contact form submissions are stored;
- Content delivery: Cloudflare, which stores and serves the images on this site; and
- Email: the provider we use to send and receive email about your enquiry.
These providers act on our instructions and are required to keep your information secure. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
International transfers
We work with clients worldwide and some of our providers operate data centres in other countries. Where your information is processed outside your country, we rely on providers that offer appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to 24 months after our last contact, so we can pick up the conversation if you get back in touch. If we work together, we keep project records for as long as needed to support the work and to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
When information is no longer needed, we delete it.
How we protect it
The website is served over an encrypted connection. Contact form submissions can only be read by our team through a password-protected admin area and cannot be accessed through the public website. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the information we hold about you;
- ask us to correct information that is wrong or incomplete;
- ask us to delete your information;
- object to, or ask us to limit, how we use it; and
- complain to your local data protection authority.
To make a request, contact us via [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days and will not charge you for reasonable requests.
Children
This website is intended for businesses and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services or the law change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. For how we use cookies, see our Cookie Policy.
