The challenge

AN Property sells apartments and land in Sylhet to buyers who search in Bangla and in English, often from abroad. Listings needed to be easy for the team to publish in both languages, priced the way local property is actually sold, and every enquiry had to reach a salesperson without getting lost.

What we built

01Website Development

Listings that work in Bangla and English

A fast Next.js site where every page exists in Bangla and English, with a one-tap language switch. Buyers browse apartments and plots, open a listing for its gallery, floor plans, price and location, and call, WhatsApp or send an enquiry from the same page.

  • Bangla and English routes with search-friendly alternates
  • Listings by property type and area
  • Listing pages with gallery, floor plans, videos and map
  • Prices in BDT or USD, per sq ft, katha, bigha or decimal
  • Call, WhatsApp and enquiry on every listing
  • Pages refresh automatically when the team publishes

Sanity Studio and an enquiry inbox

The team runs the site from Sanity Studio: each listing has its title, description and address in both languages, plus status, construction stage, amenities, pricing and media. Enquiries land in the same Studio with the listing they came from, and the sales team gets an email straight away.

  • Listings with Bangla and English fields side by side
  • Status: available, under offer, sold or rented
  • Property types and areas as reusable filters
  • Enquiries stored with their listing and language
  • Instant enquiry emails to the sales team via Resend
03Analytics & Tracking

Lead tracking

Google Tag Manager records which listings people view and every enquiry they send, so the team can see which properties and campaigns bring in real leads.

  • Google Tag Manager on every page
  • Listing view events
  • Lead events on enquiry
  • Page tracking across language switches

How it connects

When the team publishes a listing in Sanity, a webhook refreshes the Bangla and English pages within seconds. When a buyer sends an enquiry, it is saved in Sanity against that listing, emailed to the sales team, and counted as a lead in Tag Manager.
