The challenge

ANTGEC runs education conferences across Europe and North America. Institutions register delegates in groups, pay in euros, often in instalments, and many need an invitation letter for their visa. All of that was happening over email and bank transfers.

Event pages that answer every delegate question

Each conference has its own page with dates, city, programme, fees and a clear register button. Visa needs are covered up front, with an immigration invitation letter offered to international participants.

Registration, payments and accounts

A four-step registration takes personal and organisation details, the events to attend and any group participants. Payment runs through Stripe, in full or by instalment, and every registration and payment is stored in Supabase. Guests can register first and link the registration to an account afterwards.

How it connects

A delegate picks an event, registers their group and pays through Stripe. The registration and each payment, including instalments, are saved in Supabase, and confirmation emails go out from a queue. Guests who registered without an account can link it later and see everything in their dashboard.
